In this case, Hijama cups should be placed in a way that addresses the gallbladder or pancreas, not the neck. If the neck is addressed, the client will feel temporary relief and then shortly after, will be miserable again. You may not always feel different, yet doing blood work before and after Hijama can show a significant difference.
