Drink honey mixed with water and eat a solid meal immediately after Hijama, with special emphasis on protein-rich food. Eat a balanced and healthy diet that is not too fatty or spicy. It is very important to ease into a your meal rather than eating a big meal all at once.

Know that incisions will typically heal in 3-10 days depending on diet, age, weight, and skin moisture.
