• Your medical doctor must clear you first of any physical or psychiatric disease so that you do not misdiagnose your disease for Sheitan.
  • You will get worse, before you get better. Once you start the treatment program, Jinn will resist and fight back. They fight you back because your Ruqia is effective and working.
  • You will eventually experience a big improvement, as if you are healed. Do not stop your Ruqia because Jinn will come back stronger. Jinn will build shields against the types of Ruqia you use so that these Ruqia’s become ineffective. This is why patients are always advised to use a very strong, long, first strike and to continue all the way even after they think they are cured.
  • Suppress your yawing in the first place but if you fail, then cover your mouth.
  • Sheitan is weaker than a committed believer. When the devils settle inside someone, they enter the body in groups. It is rarely a single Sheitan inside the body.
  • A lot of inflicted individuals with Jinn, do not realize that they are inflicted. Someone might go to a Raqi and decide to bring his friend to support him. Surprisingly, the friend who does not complain from any problem turns out to be inflicted as well. Sheitan could go hidden and incognito for years inside the body.
  • Do not stop your scheduled recitations and Athkar. Sheitan goes dormant to give you the feeling that you are cured and then patients experience a setback which makes them eventually get frustrated and give up.
  • It is better if you recite Ruqia, Quran and Athkar by yourself, than listening to Ruqia. Make sure your recitation is audible and uninterrupted. Be in a state of Wudua and listen with your heart and mind in order for Ruqia to be effective.
  • It is always easier to protect yourself, house and family from Sheitan, than going through the battle of kicking him out of your body.
  • Prophet Muhammed said “Whoever visits a patient, whose time of death did not come due yet, and says (I ask Allah the great, the Lord of the great throne to heal you) {as’alullaah-al-‛aẓeem rabbal-‛arshil-‛aẓeem an yashfiyak} 7 times, Allah will grant this patient healing from this disease)
  • Sheitan is described by Allah and his prophet as “Khannas” meaning that it contracts, diminishes away, fades away, shrinks and gets weaker. So when it is in a state of “Khans”, this does not always mean that it is gone, it could still there but dormant. It could be the size of a full man or shrink itself down in your toes.
  • The longer you have the harm the longer it could be to get out of it.
  • Do not blame wrong doings and sins on Sheitan. Sheitan can whisper in your ear but God has created you with an override mode that makes you only in full control.
  • Majority, if not all, of the voices and whispers that you may hear are only from Sheitan. Even if it commands you to do good, it is only to gain your trust and then it gradually turns evil.
  • When you see a snake or a solid black dog, realize that they could be Jinn taking the form of this animal. This is not to say that every snake or solid black dog is a Jinn.
  • When you get stuck in your fight against Sheitan, remember that generous Zakah or Sadaqah (charity given to the poor like Muslim orphans and widows) will get you back on your feet quickly and with little effort on your part.
  • Seek to understand the meaning of Athkar and verses of Quran that you listen to in order to accelerate your healing. Understand the meaning makes your heart and mind stronger and much more resistant.
  • Our adversaries (Whether Sheitan or Jinn) are not the same, depending on the type of Sheitan you may struggling with, you may respond to certain Ruqia’s and treatment protocol different that someone else. So what works for others may not work for you and vice versa.
  • Realize that Jinn inside the body do not work alone. They get back up support from the outside Jinn. They even alternate in sometimes inside the body to relieve themselves from Ruqia’s. Morning, Evening and Going to bed Athkar creates a disconnection between the inside and outside Jinn. Athkar prevents the outside Jinn from supporting the inside Jinn. Jinn inside the body can either leave or stay tamed.
  • During Ruqia, sometimes the Jinn takes over the body. The patient’s voice would change and the Jinn would talk instead of the patient. Muslims scholars advice to always avoid talking to the Jinn even if the Jinn claim that they repent, convert to Islam or even offer to help. Also, the Raqi and patients’ companions should refrain from threatening the Jinn or responding to their threats in anyway. Just stick only to reciting Quran. All attendees should be in a state of Wudua to avoid any harm by the Jinn. Additionally, all attendees should have recited all the morning or evening Athkar, according to the time of the day, before attending the Ruqia session.
  • When you do repetitions of Quran and Athkar, use a timer and a counter. If I ask to recite Surat Al-Falaq for a hundred times, you will feel it is too much. But I ask you to recite it for 20 minutes, you will feel that it is a much easier task.
